A: The landscape for experienced third-party consultancies is highly fragmented, making it difficult for firms to identify and vet the right partners and then align around a common goal. The Network directly addresses this challenge.
Q: How does the Network create growth opportunities for wealth management enterprises and other industry participants?
A: By directly addressing the fragmentation of the wealth management-focused consultancy landscape, the Ascentix Partners Network enables wealth management enterprises to save time and resources while providing a framework for seamless collaboration. This, in turn, enables enterprises to develop and execute growth strategies more efficiently and effectively.
Q: Is Ascentix Partners acquiring Strategic Partners in its Network?
A: No. The Ascentix Partners Network is a voluntary alliance of independent consultancies. It’s neither a roll-up nor a merger of firms – no one is acquiring anybody.
Q: How will the service experience, including engagement terms and confidentiality agreements, change for clients already working with Strategic Partner Firms?
A: There will be no changes to leadership, personnel, ownership structure, service model, engagement terms or client confidentiality at any Strategic Partner Firm because of its affiliation with the Ascentix Partners Network.
Our Network policies prevent Strategic Partners from sharing client information or engaging on behalf of any client with the rest of the Network unless asked to do so by the client.
Q: Do Strategic Partners generate referral fees for directing clients to one another or the Network? Wouldn’t that create conflicts of interest?
A: There are no referral fees or other financial incentives for introducing clients to fellow Strategic Partners or the Network. The importance of objectivity, discretion and client-first service at each Strategic Partner is core to the entire Network and its member firms.
Our collective motivation is to create a more seamless framework for collaboration that benefits the clients of our Strategic Partner Firms as well as the broader industry. Participation in the Network is an additional tool our Strategic Partner Firms can use to add value to their clients.

Q: Will the Network expand its Strategic Partners? How can new Strategic Partners be considered for membership in the Network?
A: The Ascentix Partners Network was created to bring together the best third-party experts and consultants focused on the wealth management industry. Consistent with this vision, we are always open to adding the right Strategic Partners.
We’ve developed a rigorous selection process and set high standards for prospective members. To join the Ascentix community, potential Strategic Partners must demonstrate shared values, a like-minded approach, and a proven commitment to exceptional client service. Additionally, we will carefully review each prospective member firm’s years in business, industry reputation, industry relationships and client references.
