Jim Roth is a results-driven partner with a strong track record of performance in the financial services industry. With over four decades of experience at BNY Mellon / Pershing, Oyster Consulting, and BetaNXT, he utilizes keen analysis, insights, and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implement best practices for strategic clients.

As a former financial advisor, Jim deeply understands the obstacles investors face and the tools needed to support and grow their customer base. He focuses on helping Investment Firms, Broker-Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, and Hedge Funds strengthen their businesses and deliver more value to their clients by cultivating relationships, sharing his expertise, and listening intently.

Mr. Roth is active in many industry groups, including having served as Chairman of the Membership Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Millikin University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Benedictine University. He also completed the Securities Industry Institute® program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
