With over 25 years of experience specializing in strategic finance and enterprise value creation, Todd empowers leadership teams to navigate complex challenges through clear, actionable strategies and disciplined execution.

Throughout his career, Mr. Glassman has held a multitude of assignments across the financial services sector, including RIAs, broker-dealers, asset managers, crypto platforms, fintechs, and family offices. Previously, he held investor and operating roles at Fidelity Investments, served as CEO North America for a global fintech firm, drove strategic growth and origination for several family offices, and was on the founding team of an investment management fintech.

Mr. Glassman holds an MBA from Babson College, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS from the University of Connecticut, as well as Series 82 and 63 FINRA licenses.
